My experience here has always been great! My husband & I have been here several times now and have always left satisfied. The owner has given me great deals we couldn’t just pass up! We are treated as if he has known us for years when we are there.

This is a family owned small business with much to offer! Lovely place, lots of interesting pieces. My fiancé and I purchased our rings there, and they worked with us to get our rings just right. The married couple who run the shop are so kind and funny, always welcomed us, and made good conversation.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this pawn shop. I arrived 20 minutes before their posted closing time, but the owners refused service and said they were closing early. They mentioned “family is more important than business” because friends of their daughter were inside — but to me, it felt like they didn’t believe I was there to spend money. I was waved off as if I didn’t matter, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. Whether it was poor customer service or something more personal, I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to take note of how this business treats potential customers.
